About the event
Join Mary Vaughan, Certified Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner, for an evening of connection and intention-setting in a supportive and accepting environment. Together, we will honor both Self and Soul while gathering in community beneath the energy of the waxing moon.
Participants Can Expect:
• Floor seating (please bring a blanket and/or cushion). Chairs will be available for those who prefer them.
• An opening breath practice, centering meditation, and the collective opening of sacred space.
• A share circle utilizing the Kripalu method of clear and conscious communication, a practice that cultivates mindfulness, presence, and compassionate listening.
• Guided journaling prompts. Please bring a journal and pen as preparation for our symbolic indoor fire ceremony.
