About the event
Welcome to Herbal Energetics part 1 of 2. Where we will deep dive into herbalism with a focus on Malva, Nettle, and Mint.
We will learn about these plants individually and zero in on their benefits within the body.
Come prepared to take notes. This is our education course only first. Don't forget to book class 2 to experience a tasting of each plant and take notes on flavor and medicinal profiles.
