Using crystal sound bowls, this class creates a deeply peaceful, meditative experience that melts away stress and restores balance.
We will begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle in, then let the healing sounds flow over you. Releasing tension, calming your thoughts, and inviting a sense of inner peace.
All you have to do is lay down and be open to letting ho of what no longer serves you.
