•In the recent past there were a lot of studies done one the female body, on our cycle, we just learned to adapt to masculine cycles.
Though we can do it, have been doing it, and are superhero’s but it’s not essentially healthy for us. It can and has caused a lot of side effects!! Hormonal imbalances and other underlining issues. As women we need more rest and to have compassion for our bodies.
•The wisdom I bring is ancient something that we lost along the way. That our bodies have a season and there a time for every decision you make and to not beat yourself up that per se you chose to over extend yourself in some sort of physical exercise during your winter phase.
