Hello Bees! 

 

My name is Kelsie Griffin. I grew up in the lower half of the Appalachia's, bouncing between the Carolinas. I spent much of my time outdoors exploring and soaking up all nature has to offer. I had wonderful grandparents who instilled in me a love of herbs, gardening, crafting and homesteading. I’ve continued my education as I've aged and have earned over 400 hours based in western herbalism through The Herbal Academy and countless hours of hands on learning! The Silver Moon Tea & Apothecary was created as a way for me to share my passions with my community! Since being located inside of (and working at!) Creative Roots, I have began providing herbal, craft, & educational classes to the public at an affordable cost. I focus on creating unique tea blends, tinctures, salves, serums, and a collection of spiritual tools that may help heal, cleanse, and provide a handmade and local touch to the community.
